BACK IN
COURT - Little Pebble still in BIG Trouble
CCG
Ministries has reported on the weird world of William Kamm and his claims
of apparitions and heavenly messages, many of them supposedly from the
Virgin Mary, for a number of years (see articles in TACL issues of:
September 1986 and July-August 1996). Our August-September 2002 issue of
TACL was a special dealing with child abuse. In it we also reported on
William Kamm and his sexual abuse of minors whom he claimed he been
allocated to him as his ‘Queens’ by heavenly revelation to enable him to
father a new generation which he would lead as the next Pope. We
reported:
‘In August 2002
William Kamm was arrested on charges of child sex abuse. His claimed
revelations from God to father children through his queens and princesses
have apparently not been good enough for the law! Kamm faced nine counts
of sexual abuse against girls 14 and 15 at the time of the offences. They
were living in Kamm’s community with their parents – who were ardent
followers. Kamm,
52, was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault and
inciting an act of indecency against the 14-year-old, and with one count
of aggravated sexual assault and four counts of aggravated indecent
assault against the 15-year-old.’
Since
then Kamm has been on bail, in denial, and fighting against a conviction
and possible jail term.
In
January 2004 Kamm issued a statement in which he sought to discredit the
testimony of at least one of the witnesses and claimed the whole court
action was part of a massive conspiracy and persecution:
‘The
Crown verses William Kamm – also known as the ‘Little Pebble’. Persecuted
by the Media Power Groups, the Roman Catholic Church and other powerful
bodies in Australia and the wider world, since 1984.’
(quoted in TACL Jan-Feb 2004)
The case involving Kamm continued, with
several breaks, during 2004 and then he was back in court in June 2005.
In court Kamm, 55, alias Little Pebble
(and numerous other names and titles), now faced four charges of
aggravated indecent assault and one of sexual intercourse in circumstances
of aggravation involving one 27 year-old woman who was only 15 at the time
of the offences.
Following supposed prophecies that the
world was fast heading towards a cataclysmic end, that Kamm would be the
last Roman Catholic Pope, and that, in the new coming Golden Era Kamm
would father a new world population through some 12 queens and 72
princesses – as the new ‘Little Abraham” – Kamm had become sexually
involved with the girl who was supposedly chosen as one of his ‘queens’.
The prosecutor, Richard Herps, presented
some 20 letters to the court, that Kamm had written to the girl, and
which, wisely, she had kept. The letters have been very revealing, and
suggested that the girl, as one of his queens, would eventually have some
17 children to him – in coming Golden Era.
Kamm
had earlier, entered into a ‘Mystical Marriage’ with Bettina Lammermann
Heinrich while he was legally married to Anne Bicego (whom he had married
in 1983 and by whom he had four children). He had claimed that Mary told
him in November 1990 to marry the then 17 year-old Bettina, whom he
had only met the month before; he claimed that Jesus told him three
times in November 1990 that his wife, Anne, was supposed to die and go
to heaven and that Bettina would be his wife. He claimed that
‘Bettina accepted the
marriage proposal without reservation, as she was in love with me from
long before.’ Kamm claimed
that in December 1990 Jesus and Mary both again told him that he was to
marry Bettina (in March 1991) and that in April 1991 (a month after the
‘Mystical Marriage’) his first wife, Anne, was to die and go to heaven.
Kamm claimed, in a supposed affidavit to Roman Catholic Church Commission
in 2000, that
‘God suspended the
marriage between Anne and myself at that time, thus making it lawful to be
married to Bettina.’ In his
May 1, 1991, Message No.314 – justifying his second marriage - Kamm
acknowledged that the ‘marriage’ to Bettina was supposed to be kept
secret: ‘All
was to remain secret – in confidence – until the events were over, then
all would be made public…In April, Anne was to go to heaven – but the
event was delayed, and still is to this day. As that event did not occur
on the day, one of the Priests lost faith and betrayed the “Little
Pebble”. The way of the Cross began. Anne found out – and, through the
Priest, many around the world learned of it. The agony caused to Anne was
enormous…It is to be understood that Anne does not accept the marriage
between Bettina and the “Little Pebble”…’
In further seeking to justify his actions
– his second marriage, his bigamy – Kamm added:
‘So the question now
remains: If a prophet is asked to do something contrary to the Law of God
and Church is he doing wrong? Is he in sin? Should he follow what has been
asked? The answer is simple.
1. A Prophet must
obey God first, even if it be contrary to God’s Law.
2. The Prophet does
not commit sin when commanded to do so, as can be seen in the scriptures.
3. The proof of the
mission of the ‘Little Pebble’ is the fruit of God’s work, which can be
easily seen by the credibility of the mission.’
In the June court hearing it was revealed
that Kamm had warned the then younger teenage ‘queen’, in one of his
letters to her:
‘Bettina is not aware
of any of this and would die if she knew’
The William Kamm – ‘Little Pebble’ –
trial was continuing on at the time of writing. (end of June 2005) |
