Didn’t See It
Coming
Psychic power is big business – just
check the personal columns in the classified adds in the newspaper, or
read the material promoting all sorts of psychic issues in weekend
newspaper supplements.
Psychics especially make claims about
their clairvoyant powers and abilities to see what lies ahead. Many make
their money at various forms of so-called ‘fortune telling’.
Keeping all that in mind, it was rather
interesting to read of a planned psychic Expo or fair in Bunbury, in the
South of Western Australia.
The local Bunbury Mail
newspaper carried an interesting follow-up of the promoted planned Psychic
Expo:
‘Psychic
Expo – due to unforseen circumstances the psychic expo has been cancelled
and is rescheduled for December 13’
What were the unforseen circumstances
that led to the Expo’s cancellation? Apparently two of the psychics
couldn’t foresee that they would be too sick to read other people’s
futures. And how significant were these two sick psychics that the whole
show was cancelled because they couldn’t make it?
Why didn’t they (the sick psychics) and
the organisers foresee the coming cancellation and not promote the Expo in
the first place? It could have saved them some money and some
embarrassment.
